No more than 4 CE hours can be related to practice management.
You may use this planner to keep a personal record of your CE. West Virginia veterinarians are required to attest to compliance with CE requirements on the annual license renewal. Maintain the original CE certificates verifying the date and subject of the program or course, the number of CE hours or credits, and certification from an approved sponsor. Original certificates must be maintained for a period of 2 years following renewal. The West Virginia Board conducts random audits to determine compliance. Veterinarians selected for the audit must provide documentation within 20 days of receiving notification of the audit.
