How drip.vet produces Live Interactive and Anytime On-Demand courses

When you attend a drip.vet Live Interactive webinar, you have a front-row seat in the production process. You receive CE credit for attending.

Drip.vet records the webinar and sends the recording to a production facility in California. There, it is remastered into high-quality individual video and audio drips of information.

The drips are assembled in the online learning management system and posted as new Anytime On-Demand courses. It takes about one month to remaster a 1-hour course. If you registered for the webinar, you receive an email notification that you have been enrolled in the Anytime On-Demand course. When you complete this course, which has been fortified with additional materials and learning aids, you receive Anytime On-Demand CE credit.

The Anytime On-Demand courses are supplemented with closed-captioning, downloadable and printable color study guides, and transcripts. The video speed may be controlled to suit the learner. You have the option to go through the course at your own pace or to receive daily email drips for optimum retention of walking-around knowledge.

Why drip.vet takes the time to produce and deliver 'drips' of information

Your brain is optimized to learn, process and recall one piece of information at a time. Placing a lesson in context through repetition, testing and teaching makes it stick. The drip.vet method teaches concepts in smaller quantities over time that are called drips, giving each key principle time to settle into your daily life. It gives you a chance to make changes, implement new techniques and actually become transformed as you move forward.

How does the exclusive Drip Teaching Method help you?

    • Your engagement level is likely to remain high when course material is delivered in daily, digestible drips.
    • Receiving lessons one drip at a time is perfect for your busy life. You have only a small amount of free time; the drip method is the height of efficiency.
    • When you focus on the material on a drip-by-drip basis you master the information, and it shows when you deliver the information you learned to others.
    • Learning in short bursts of targeted knowledge allows you to close knowledge gaps faster.
    • The narrow focus of each drip allows you to have much better retention of the course content, giving you a higher level of confidence when applying the information you learned.

How do you maximize your learning using the drip.vet methodology?

    • Attend the webinar and interact with questions. Sit back relax and absorb. No need to take notes at this time. Your goal is to grasp the concepts and get excited about your learning topic. Think "filmed in front of a live studio audience" and you can even laugh. Your questions might find their way into the Anytime On-Demand course.
    • Print and or save your Live Interactive RACE-approved CE certificate and place in your CE binder.
    • When you receive the email notice that you are automatically enrolled in the Anytime On-Demand course, the first thing is to opt-in for daily drips.
    • Print or save the color study guide that contains slides and the corresponding transcript for note-taking.
    • Enjoy your daily drip each day for about a week. Try to watch the drip a few times throughout the day while really letting that small amount of information sink in.
    • Did you know that some learners excel when viewing closed captions? Find out if you are one of them to see if closed captioning enhances your learning experience. You might unlock a new level of retention.
    • Complete the end-of-course questions that are there to supplement your learning and don't feel bad if you need to go back to your study guide notes or re-watch a drip to receive your Anytime On-Demand RACE-approved CE certificate.
    • Put together (you get extra learning points if you create tabs) your three documents into your CE binder: Live Interactive CE certificate, Anytime On-Demand CE certificate & study guide with your notes.
    • Go to your state's CE Hub and download your state's CE Tracker. Print or save your tracker. Add your completed CE for your current CE cycle and place in the front of your CE binder. Now you have an always up-to-date document to refer to to know exactly where you are in fulfilling your CE requirement.
